This administrative order is issued in accordance with Michigan Supreme Court Order 1987-9, effective December 7, 1987. The purpose of this order is to govern the procedure for mediation in this court upon approval by the State Court Administrative Office.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this court shall utilize the mediation process established by Local Administrative Order 1992-1 for the Cass Court.
The Administrative Order replaces General Order 1988-6, which has this date been rescinded by Local Administrative Order 97-01.
