This administrative order is issued pursuant MCR 8.112 effective June 1, 1995. The purpose of this order is to cover administrative costs incidental to the production of print-outs on child support payment accounts.
IT IS HEREBY ORDRED, that all persons requesting a print-out of accounts from the Friend of the Court's Office shall be entitled to one (1) print-out per year per case at no charge.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that any request after the initial print-out shall be charged a five dollar ($5.00) flat fee to be paid in advance in order to cover the administrative costs of processing the request.
