Mission Statement

The Mission of the Cass County Land Bank Authority is to alleviate blight and enhance its communities by increasing property value and economic opportunity through the acquisition and redevelopment of foreclosed, vacant and abandoned properties, which can be accomplished through collaboration and open communication with community organizations, local government units and the public.
