The Administrator’s Office includes:
Administration: The County Administrator manages County operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies, as directed by the Board of Commissioners.
Finance: The mission of the Finance Department is to provide budgeting, accounting and grant management services to elected officials, active employees, retirees and citizens of Cass County in a timely and accurate manner so that our customers can consistently and responsively meet their financial management needs.
Human Resources & Payroll: The Human Resources & Payroll Department exists to provide a range of services to employees and elected officials, including managing payroll and benefits, recruitment, and staff on-boarding, among many other tasks to provide support to all County staff.
