Overview
The EDC Board consists of between 9 and 13 members who encourage business activity, industrial development and job formation through a mix of public and private organizations. The Economic Development Corporation also serves as Cass County's Brownfield Redevelopment Authority.

Mission Statement
The Cass County Economic Development Corporation’s mission is to promote a healthy, diversified economy with a strong tax base and opportunities for employment, and entrepreneurship including for-profit and non-profit economic development for all segments of the County.
