Friend of the Court Child Support Review, Modification & Parenting Time Enforcement Specialist - Under the direct supervision of the Enforcement Supervisor and as part of the enforcement team, performs a variety of casework functions relating to establishment of and modification to child support orders. Timely performs statutorily required child support reviews on qualifying cases pursuant to established office policy. At the direction of the FOC Director/Deputy FOC or their designee, serves as the point person for questions related to parenting time as well as processing requests for parenting time enforcement in collaboration with the FOC Director/Deputy FOC or their designee. Coordinates mediation scheduled through this office. Facilitates mediation and/or settlement discussions with parties, when appropriate, and as permitted by statute. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required. Able and willing to comply with all Court and Friend of the Court policies including the Model Code of Conduct for Michigan Trial Court Employees. Able to understand and actively support through positive words and actions the Friend of the Court’s positive office culture. Able to become proficient in MICSES and OnBase EDI system. Two years of demonstrated experience preferred. Starting annual wage of $39,342.
